Fruits As Natural Remedies
I take lots of fruits everyday, and I am sure you do. But how do you take them?
Do you take them after your meals, if you do, then I wish to enlighten you how it should be taken.
The effect of fruits mixing with putrefying food is the result of excessive gas and bloating! So you now realize why you get bloating sometimes. Of course there are some fruits like banana which cause bloating to some people irrespective of whether they are taken empty stomach or not.
Additionally, grey hair, balding and nervous outburst, dark circles under the eyes will slowly disappear if you take fruits in the correct way as I mentioned.
Fruit Juice
We all drink fruit juice most of the time, but by all means avoid canned juice as oxidation process will result in the juice having zero nutrients. In fact the juices we prepared at home should be taken instantly and NOT stored for more than 15 minutes. Another reminder is, cooked fruits will NOT provide you with any nutrients as the cooking process destroy all nutrients from the fruits.
Fruit Juice or Whole Fruit?
There are pros and cons of taking either fruit juices or whole fruit;
Detoxification
A 3-day “fruit fast” is a very simple and effective way to cleanse and detoxify your body once in a while, say every few weeks or six months, depending on your commitment and convenience.
Just take fruits and drink fruits juice throughout the 3 days, with different fruits varieties and occasionally with some salad. This means forgetting about your usual meals. After the detoxification program, you will be surprised when your friends compliment how radiant you look now! And you will also feel the tremendous improvement in your energy level.Once you follow and get the habit of eating fruits the right way, you will soon feel your energy level and health has improved, your skin glow and you will be as happy as ever because you are getting more beautiful and younger!
